The data set is information attached is about the tax assessment value assigned to medical office buildings in a city. The following is a list of the variables in the database:
Floor Area: square feet of floor space
Offices: number of offices in the building
Entrances: number of customer entrances
Age: age of the building (years)
Assessed Value: tax assessment value (thousands of dollars)
As you work through the following exercises, note your answers to the given questions so you can easily summarize them in your reflection.
Use the data set to construct a model that predicts the tax assessment value assigned to medical office buildings with specific characteristics.
1. Construct a scatter plot in Excel with Floor Area as the independent variable and Assessment Value as the dependent variable. Insert the bivariate linear regression equation and R2 in your graph. 
Do you observe a linear relationship between the 2 variables?
2. Use Excels Analysis ToolPak to conduct a regression analysis of Floor Area and Assessment Value. 
Is Floor Area a significant predictor of Assessment Value?

What is the overall fit R2? What is the adjusted R2?
Which predictors are considered significant if we work with α=0.05? Which predictors can be eliminated?
What is the final model if we only use Floor Area and Offices as predictors?
Suppose our final model is: Assessed Value = 115.9 + 0.26 x Floor Area + 78.34 x Offices. 
What would be the assessed value of a medical office building with a floor area of 3500 sq. ft., 2 offices, that was built 15 years ago? 
Is this assessed value consistent with what appears in the database?
Reflection
In a minimum of 500 words, reflect on the types of medical offices you would advise management to close and open, and why. Use your exercise notes to support your rationale. 

This project is intended to broaden your oral communication skills with a focus on your speech preparation and your analysis rather than the actual presentation itself.  Your presentation component will be included in your grade, but the majority of your grade will be based on your paper and the steps and thought process you took to develop your presentation, as well as your critique.  I would like you to place your focus on the processes that led you to the final product.

Planning/Conducting effective meetings
Along with your research and opinions be sure to include how your topic can help to create a more effective work environment.
WRITTEN REQUIREMENTS: Within a four-page paper (WORD DOCUMENT ONLY) you will need to include the following about your preparation for this speech:
How and why you chose your topic
A brief summary of your topic (about 1 paragraph)
Your main idea
Description of your speech goals
Detailed analysis of your audience.  You will be telling me who your audience is.  (Most likely, you will be creating an audience.)
Description of how you used reader benefits
Description of how you organized your speech and why
Any specific suggestions you used from your text to make your speech effective
Analysis and critique of your practice speech
Analysis and critique of your final speech (Where did you improve?)
You will be required to include a works cited page in addition to your 4 typed pages. This needs to include a minimum of 4 sources (one source can be your text). 
*All written components of the project must be submitted to the course as a word document, not emailed.
Please be sure to detail all of the above as much as you can.
SPEECH REQUIREMENTS:
Your speech should be a maximum of 5 minutes in length (this means no more than 5 minutes for your final speech.) **Be sure to not go over 5 minutes in length.** You should record both speeches; practice & final speech for your written speech comparison/critique, but you will only need to submit your final video clip. Please be sure not to submit more than one video, only submit your final video clip. 
Your recording does not have to be perfect, the goal is to learn and improve from it.  
Do the best that you can with the resources you have available.

I did a group of professional devolpment activites and my task was to make a reflection  
on them then make a career plan after that. I did bad writing due to no time. so i got a 
bad grade here what the professor said about my assigment:
(This assignment shows a fair level of work. Your assignment shows fair understanding to the module. You were supposed to provide a real thorough reflection to the activities that you undergone throughout the semester. From what I read in task 2, your reflection is poor and vague. It seems that you used a poor rephrasing writing platform because
you used vague words and you have alot of grammatic mistakes and meaningless sentences that was really hard for the reader to understand. You lost alot of marks by doing so. In task 3, your Personal development plan  also have vague words which did not convey a logical meaning. You should work on improving your writing skills.)
