During this course, you have been working with a community agency (The VA home in Payson, UT)  in a community health role. Please use this forum to do the following:
Upload your 1–2-page educational presentation or poster for peer review (I will attach the last assignment meaning the presentation that you finished for me). Please be sure that you discuss how you delivered the education (I presented it to a couple of veterans and then Shelly kept the presentationn paper for reference for other veterans if they would like to look at it). 
Please discuss your plan for evaluating the effectiveness of your education on the health outcomes of the vulnerable population. (I plan to check back in with Shelly and see if any veterans have received treatment or if anymore are interested in Ketamine treatments.)
