The Term Paper should be well organized and encompass the above subject and content guidelines, and an electronic copy of the project should be submitted via Turnitin.
Background and Context: Discuss type of industry, products/services, and how organizational vision and strategies have influenced their history.
Analysis: Review your eText and focus on 2-3 chapters that really interest you in regard to this organization, e.g. governance, executive leadership, developing strategy, managing staff and volunteers, marketing and communications, lobbying, fundraising, etc. Describe and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your organization in relation to these topics.  Be sure to utilize key nonprofit terms and principles learned in class and how they relate to the organization.
Recommendations: Your recommendations for the next 1-2 years of the organization. How can they capitalize on their strengths and how can they improve in their weaknesses? Ensure that these align with the organization’s vision and values.
Habitat for Humanity International is the charitable organization I chose to write on in my final term assignment. A global nonprofit organization dedicated to housing, Habitat for Humanity works to give families and individuals in need secure, affordable homes. Habitat for Humanity constructs and repairs houses with the help of volunteers, funders, and affiliated organizations, all the while promoting affordable housing as a basic human right. 
My interest in Habitat for Humanity International for the final project stems from its significant objective to address the global issue of housing insecurity. My own beliefs are well aligned with the organization’s dedication to community-driven development and its emphasis on empowering individuals to achieve better futures. Furthermore, Habitat for Humanity is a fascinating topic for study and analysis because of its creative strategy for meeting housing needs through volunteer involvement and sustainable building techniques.
I want to study every aspect of Habitat for Humanity International for my final term paper, including its background, objectives, initiatives, and effects. I’ll look at the organization’s connections with local governments and communities, its financial sustainability strategy, and its approaches to housing insecurity. I will also discuss the opportunities and difficulties that Habitat for Humanity has in carrying out its purpose, especially in light of the changing socioeconomic landscape and the world’s housing need. In the end, this research will support Habitat for Humanity’s continued efforts to combat housing inequality globally by offering insightful information on the approach’s efficacy and pointing out possible areas for development or growth.
