For your final presentation for this course [taking the place of a final exam], you will need to prepare a slide presentation with audio about your research topic.  You will need a minimum of 10 slides and a maximum of 20, including a cover or introductory/title slide and a references slide at the end.  Your audio or narration for each slide should be between 10 and 20 seconds long.

What do you see as the company’s core competencies, resources, capabilities, and activities? 
What are the things that set the company apart from its competition?
Are there any internal weaknesses that should concern the organization?
What role does the effectiveness of leadership play in supporting resources, capabilities, and strengths assuring its competitive advantage?
What opportunities do you see to exploit the key capabilities of your organizatio

REMEMBER – Company websites are NOT great sources of information – they are often Biased!   Avoid.
A SWOT Analysis give us some insight both internally and externally!
Our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats need to be reviewed, updated, and considered often as part of strategy development and decision-making.
Capabilities could be a strength and/or weakness.   Competition is most often a threat.  Right now – labor shortage for most organization is a weakness and threat!
So do a deep dive on your company of choice.  Check out the library and read professional journals and industry publications on your company and its industry.
