I have attached 2 files. The file is the assignment explained in details split into 4 tasks.
In
this assignment, you will demonstrate a critical understanding of appropriate
research
methods and approaches associated with creating
project proposals and reports. Your work here
requires you to form a suitable research
question / problem statement, providing an opportunity
to explore an in depth-technical area relevant
to your pathway specialism( software engineering), that directly relates to the Major Project work you will complete at the
end of Level 6(Scour Assesment tool.
A scour assesement tool is a tool used to evaluate the potential or actual scouring(erosion) around bridge foundations, piers e.t.c. Scour ids caused by the flow of water and can undermine the stability of these structures.
This is what the research is going to be on in relations to software engneering.
You will compare how Scour is normally detected and how software engineering can make it easier and more effeicent to use. You can ask chat gpt for more understanding of the topic itself or you can ask me.
The second file saved as “Bridge Asset Classification and Analysis” are the steps needed to create the scour Assessment tool. Please use this in the assigment to help with all the tasks. Any questions please let me know

My Experience with Research: A Reflection on Participation in a Client Satisfaction Survey My involvement with research has been primarily as a research participant in various studies and surveys. One of my most recent experiences was participating in a client satisfaction survey for a mental health
Reflect on your experience with research. Have you ever participated in a research project, either as a researcher or as a research participant? This experience does not have to be formal. It could be as simple as participation in a client satisfaction survey or a course evaluation. Describe your involvement and what your experience was like. Based on your reading this week, what type of research was conducted? What was the purpose of the research? Do you feel that the research type was appropriate to address the phenomenon being studied?
The Learning Journal entry should be a minimum of 400 words and not more than 750 words. Use APA citations and references if you use ideas from the readings or other sources.
Please note that the work in HS 4990 is intended to help you prepare to complete your capstone project in HS 4995. As such, it is very important that you complete your Learning Journals very carefully, as they will be your primary source of feedback from your instructor. If you have any questions about your assignments, please reach out to your instructor.
The rubric detailing how you will be graded for this assignment can be found within the unit’s assignment on the main course page.

This paper proposes combining existing research approaches to bridge the gap between health needs, research, and practice. As the authors present the justification for this model, they lay out the various approaches which each involve research to serve a specific end. Each approach should provide some basis of why research may be useful to inform clinical health practice, build on existing research, engage the public voice in research, or provide gaps in evidence on important issues.

Title: Investigating the Impact of Customer Service on Department Store Sales: A Proposal for JCPenney
Write a research proposal paper.
Hypothesis: Department stores are experiencing a decline in sales due to low customer satisfaction.
Research Question: Should JCPenney invest resources into customer service to improve customer experience? -
Title: Investigating the Impact of Social Media on Mental Health: A Literature Review and Hypothesis
You must complete the first three chapters of your research papers in order to receive credit for the Midterm. see instructions below.
1. THE TITLE & ABSTRACT
Typically, the title should be a brief statement that names the major variables in the hypothesis, purpose, or research question. The title should include the unit of analysis. Secondly, integrate your abstract into your document. Be sure it to review the ‘How to write a research paper’ abstract link.
2. INTRODUCTION – Chapter 1
The Introduction should include the following subsections:
• Identification of the problem area under the heading of: Statement of the Problem
• Conceptual and operational definitions of the variables and key terms
• The independent and dependent variables should be briefly disclosed in this section
• A statement of why the topic is worthy of investigation (potential implications of results).
• A brief description of relevant theories
Note: if a qualitative method is used it may include personal perspectives and experiences related to the topic (subjectivity is permitted here).
3. LITERATURE REVIEW – Chapter II
The literature review will generally be the lengthiest section as the student will describe the studies of previous researchers from scholarly articles, periodicals, journals, books, and reports related to the student’s topic. The literature review is not just a synopsis of the research, but a critical review focusing on trends, themes, and conflicts with other studies. The review will ordinarily contain the hypotheses, key variables, methods of sampling and mechanics of the study, results, and primary limitations. Keep in mind that the student is attempting to fill a literature gap by conducting their research.
At the conclusion of the Literature Review, please state your hypothesis or hypotheses under a separate subheading: Hypothesis -
The Importance of Research in the Health Science Discipline: Utilizing Research in Future Careers In the field of Health Science, research plays a crucial role in advancing our understanding of various health issues and improving patient care. As a future healthcare professional, I
Create an original discussion post that addresses the following:
Consider the need for research in the context of the Health Science discipline. Discuss how you might utilize research (either by conducting or consuming research) in your future career.
Your Discussion should be a minimum of 200 words in length and not more than 300 words. Please include a word count.
Use APA citations and references for the textbook and any other sources used; you should use at least 1 APA citation and reference, but you can use more if needed. Refer to theUoPeople APA Tutorials in the LRC for help with APA citations. You are required to post an initial response to the question/issue presented in the Forum and then respond to at least 3 of your classmates’ initial posts. You should also respond to anyone who has responded to you. Don’t forget to rate the postings of your classmates according to the Rating Guidelines. Review the Discussion Forum rating guidelines to see how your classmates will be rating your post.
After posting an appropriate, meaningful, and helpful response to your three classmates, you must rate their posts on a scale of 0 (unsatisfactory) to 10 (excellent).
10 (A) – Excellent, substantial, relevant, insightful, enriching, and stimulating contribution to the discussion. Also, uses external resources to support positions where required and/or applicable.
8 – 9 (B) – Good, quite substantial and insightful, but missing minor details which would have otherwise characterized it as an excellent response.
6 – 7 (C) – Satisfactory insight and relevance, but required some more information and effort to have warranted a better rating.
4 – 5 (D) – Limited insight and relevance of the material; more effort and reflection needed to have warranted a satisfactory grading.
0 – 3 (F) – Unsatisfactory insight/relevance or failure to answer the question, reflecting a poor or limited understanding of the subject matter and/or the guidelines of the question. -
“Exploring Academic Self-Regulation: A Scavenger Hunt Project on Student Services at TSC”
Please find attached the resources for your Scavenger Hunt Project, which include the instructions, handout, rubric, and submission link. Please remember that this is a group project and you will need to submit one packet (Microsoft Word File) that contains all the components, such as the title page, table of contents, completed scavenger hunt table, draft with feedback from Brainfuse, the final reflection paper, and your references (three references). You need to write the reflection paper in APA format as a “we” paper, which must be 2-2.5 pages long.
This project is designed to help you enhance your academic self-regulation skills. In your reflection paper, you should discuss what you have learned from this project and how you plan to apply this knowledge as a college student. You should also connect the topics covered in this course to academic self-regulation, such as motivational strategies, learning methods, time management, physical and social environment, and performance monitoring. To support your key ideas and findings, include three direct quotes from your assigned readings and other course resources. Remember to format your work in APA style.
