Use the attached Thesis and Annotated Bibliography to complete this assignment. Choose one or more biblical leaders: Jesus, David, Moses or other biblical leaders and evaluate
their leadership style and approaches and compare to what you have learned so far in this
Module: Week.
What were their specialized approaches and in the case of leaders other than Jesus, what were
their failings as a leader that we can learn from? Also consider limitations we as Christians have
on bringing our faith into our workplace.
This body of the paper should be 14 – 16 pages (3,500 – 4,000 words) in length.
A minimum of 14 references are required and formatted using APA Style.

Write a two-page paper describing the measurements used to review the performance levels of the leader identified in Module 1. This review should include a description of methods used to measure the identified leader’s performance. The hard indicators of the leader’s performance levels should be reviewed. An assessment of public perceptions of the leader’s status and progress should be described. The leader’s self-assessment on personal values, goals, and performance based upon media-based concepts should be explored.

Professional and popular literature, and statements of political leaders reveal a current criticism of bureaucracy. Government work is not getting done efficiently and effectively, and citizen’s needs are not being met. Critics attribute this to the fact that employees are working remotely rather than in their offices. The response to COVID included having employees work remotely. Now, too many employees have not returned to their offices. How can you address this multifaceted problem?
