Assignment: “The topic of your proposals will be “test anxiety.”   With that said, you have the latitude to select your participants (e.g., you can decide to use children, adults, or any in between), the intervention (the IV), and the measure(s) you use to look at test anxiety (the DV).
Here are my thoughts on the best way progress:
You will acquired background knowledge of things that may help test anxiety from your article assignments (yoga, mindfulness breathing, and cognitive reappraisal) and you may have some ideas about how to decrease your test anxiety.
You need to do a literature search and find 3 additional studies that are related to test anxiety.  You are required to have 5 articles.
Once you have gathered all of your resources, or at least some of them, start formulating ideas about your proposal. 
Answer the following questions:
What will your IV be? What do you want to do to your participants to see if it will help alleviate test anxiety?
Who will you be looking at? Children, adolescents, or adults?
What are your hypotheses? Do you think your intervention will work?”
I have attached the 5 articles in PDF forms that can be used. I have attached my proposal topic as well as the rubric and guidelines for the assignment. I also attached an example. Make sure to follow APA (7th edition) format. I can add additional sources to help with format if needed. NOTE: You do not need to add a “Results” or “Discussion” section in the proposal. It will remind you of that in the example propsal I attached. I would follow that example pretty closely. Thanks!

Scenario
As technology evolves, members of the cognitive science community
seek to better characterize the potential impacts that technology might
have on our cognitive skills. There have been exciting benefits to the
advances over the past 20 years, but have these same tools also changed
the way we think? Have they changed our capacity to attend and process
information? As you have learned in previous courses, such as PSY 222
(Research Methods) and PSY 260 (Statistical Literacy in Psychology),
these sparks of curiosity can turn into research questions, and soon a
body of work is produced—in this case, one that examines the effects of
innovation and technology on the cognition of specific populations. To
successfully complete this assignment, you will need to use your data
literacy skills and analyze the research for what it is and for what it
