Hello fantastic writer, this is assignment #2 of my Senior Capstone project. I need a paper written in APA 7th edition. The paper needs to be at least 3 pages with a cover and 
reference page. I need 2-3 references. I need you to also make me a survey with 10 questions that I’ll be giving to nurses pertaining to their experience with using telehealth or how 
they were able to help patients by using telehealth. This paper is a continuation of 
assignment #1.

“Progeria is an extremely rare genetic diseaseLinks to an external site. that causes rapid aging in children. Newborns with the disorder appear to be healthy at birth but usually start to show signs of premature aging during their first one to two years of life. Their growth rate slows and they don’t gain weight as expected. Children with the condition have typical intelligence. However, their rapid aging causes distinct physical characteristics, including: hair loss (baldness), prominent eyes, aged, wrinkled skin, a thin, beaked nose, disproportionately small face compared to head size, loss of fat under the skin. 
Progeria gets its name from the Greek word “geras,” which means, “old age.” The classic type of progeria is called Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome, or HGPS. Dr. Jonathan Hutchinson and Dr. Hastings Gilford originally described the disease in the late 1800s. 
Progeria is always fatal. The average age of death is 14.5 years, although some adults with progeria will live into their early 20s. A drug called lonafarnib has been shown to slow down the progression of the disease.

Parents must decide whether to allow surgery to save the child, who may end up requiring costly long-term care and services for life, or withhold permission, thus causing the child to die.

Construct a professional paper that outlines the advanced practice role – as a nurse educator, a nurse leader, or a nurse practitioner – to advance the CDC’s antibiotic resistance initiative. 3.  Develop a teaching presentation on the identified topic taking into consideration the teaching/learning needs of older adults.  You can create handouts, pamplet, powerpoint slides, or video  that can be used to present the material. This must be your own work.  Avoid copying already made teaching materials.  Reference and cite as appropriate.  Be sure to prepare your project to meet the needs and challenges of older adults and health information literacy.  Work on this week 4-5.
4. Deliver your prepared teaching presentation on the identified topic and cite as appropriate. Be sure to deliver your project to meet the needs and challenges of older adults and health information literacy in both written or oral presentation.  You can use email, FaceTime, Zoom etc if a virtual presentation is best for you small group.  Work on this week 5.

to gather older adults’ evaluation of teaching project delivery. See attached form. You need to submit the feedback forms. You can scan the feedback forms or take photos to upload them with your assignment. You are to summarize the findings in the assignment write-up and discuss any changes needed in the project to meet the needs of the participants.  What were your strengths and/or areas for improvement?
