Each presentation should be 10-12 slides in length (excluding title and reference slides, for 20 minutes duration). Presentation should include an overview of the problem identified, information related to the needs of the patient and/or family (or the chosen topic for nursing education or nursing leadership students) related to the problem, background significance; methods/design, theoretical model/framework, interventions; expected results, anticipated conclusions and potential implications for practice.

Develop a 4–5 page for a specific patient population (Chosen Population: Type 2 diabetics). This could focus on a disease or a disorder based on the best available evidence that has been individualized to treat your patient’s health, economic, and cultural needs. The points to include are in the attached document. Please be sure to address all points within the paper. No introduction is needed, just the attached points answered. All sources must be within the past 5 years.

In this week’s post, identify a time when you witnessed or were a part of bulling or incivility within your employment setting or clinical setting. Discuss approaches that could have improved the situation, and describe how the bullying or incivility event (or others like it) has impacted or could impact patient safety.

The topic from assessment 1 and 2 is Delayed Response to Deteriorating Patient Conditon in heathcare. I wil attach assessment 1 and 2 for reference.

Using Google Sites, assemble an online resource tool kit containing at least 12 annotated resources that you consider critical to the success of your safety improvement initiative. These resources should enable nurses and others to implement and maintain the safety improvement you have developed.
It is recommended that you focus on the 3 or 4 most critical categories or themes with respect to your safety improvement initiative. For example, for an initiative that concerns improving workplace safety for practitioners, you might choose broad themes such as general organizational safety and quality best practices; environmental safety and quality risks; individual strategies to improve personal and team safety; and process best practices for reporting and improving environmental safety issues.
Following the recommended scheme, you would collect 3 resources on average for each of the 4 categories focusing on a specific patient safety issue. Each resource listing should include the following:

This article presents the Geriatric Emergency Management-Falls Intervention Team (GEM-FIT) project.
