In nursing practice, accurate identification and application of research is essential to achieving successful outcomes. The ability to articulate research data and summarize relevant content supports the student’s ability to further develop and synthesize the assignments that constitute the components of the capstone project.
This assignment will be used to develop a written implementation plan.
For this assignment, provide a synopsis of the review of the research literature. Using the “Literature Evaluation Table,” determine the level and strength of the evidence for each of the eight research articles you have selected. The articles should be current (published within the past 5 years) and closely relate to the PICOT question developed earlier in this course. The articles may include quantitative research, descriptive analyses, longitudinal studies, or meta-analysis articles. A systematic review may be used to provide background information for the purpose or problem identified in the proposed capstone project.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

Instructions:
Type and submit a one (1) page report/summary of book/article addressing an alternative or complementary therapy or theory of health.
The book or journal article needs to be published within five (5) years by a credentialed author(s) and be about a specific CAM therapy not just a general book or article about therapies.
Try the techniques or therapies learned and describe your experience in your report/summary.

Essay: Submit a typed 500-to-1000-word essay describing “How I plan to be successful in completing the Nursing Program.

For this assessment you are required to write a 2000-word assignment analysing the role of the
nurse in the delivery of key interventions for a patient with complex needs.
By doing this you will demonstrate your understanding of the need to provide contemporary and
evidence-based nursing care for people with an identified acute, critical or chronic condition [ this
can include an acute episode of a longstanding condition e.g. Diabetes Mellitus and
Hypoglycaemia].
Please ensure that you support your work with relevant and contemporary academic literature and
utilise the Harvard Referencing system.

Global health priorities are based on population needs assessments, economic evaluations of available tools to deploy as interventions and security considerations. Health metrics provide valuable information while sustainable development goals also shapes the global health agenda.
Select 2 of the top 10 sustainable development goals and compare and contrast the United States with 2 of the poorest and most vulnerable nations in the world.
How can nurses raise awareness about the importance of achieving sustainable development goals. Also use evidence to support all discussion responses.

Consider the “Four Topics Approach” (or Four Box method) to ethical decision making on page 61, Table 2.1 in Butts (below).  Apply this model to a challenging situation in your nursing career that required you to consider the ethical dimensions of the patient case and the role you played in providing care. Specifically apply and address the questions within each topic area as they pertain to your situation.
In your conclusion, discuss the impact of the Four Topics process. Did applying these principles shape your decision making in any way?  Does this seem like a valid process for you to apply in your practice? 
Your paper should be 1-2 pages. Adhere to APA formatting throughout, and cite any outside sources you may use.
