We wrap things up by exploring institutions and groups designed to help ensure that hospital staff at all levels think and act ethically in caring for patients. Accrediting bodies are oversight agencies charged with performing accreditation of hospitals and helping to establish standards for health care delivery. Their aim is to keep the quality of care as high as possible and to make sure the care is delivered ethically. Ethics committees are groups of individuals within hospitals that meet regularly to advise staff on ethically difficult cases and to promote an ethical institutional culture

Explain an organizational or patient issue for which a collaborative interdisciplinary team approach would help achieve a specific improvement goal.

Why is using an interdisciplinary team relevant, or the best approach, to addressing the issue?
How will it help to achieve improved outcomes or reach a goal?
Part 3: Interdisciplinary Plan Summary.
What is the objective?
How likely is it to work?
What will the interdisciplinary team do?
Part 4: Implementation and Resource Management.
How could the plan be implemented to ensure effective use of resources?
How could the plan be managed to ensure that resources were not wasted?
How does the plan justify the resource expenditure?
Part 5: Evaluation.
What would a successful outcome of the project look like?
What are the criteria that could be used to measure that success?
How could this be used to show the degree of success?
Again, keep in mind that your audience for this presentation is a specific group (or groups) at your interviewee’s organization and tailor your language and messaging accordingly. Remember, also, that another person will ultimately be giving the presentation. Include thorough speaker’s notes that flesh out the bullet points on each slide.

Presentation Topic: Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
In this project, you will complete a clinical case study analysis, research review, and oral presentation with accompanying PowerPoint (or other appropriate presentation program) about a pathophysiologic topic of interest to your group. You may choose to research and present on ANY pathophysiologic topic of interest. 
Your presentations should follow a case study SBAR format (Situation, Background, Assessment, and Recommendations). You will adjust what is presented as it fits your patient.
Include four (4) different medical-based evidence and/or research recommendations. You must include at least five (5) scholarly sources in your overall presentation.

I have attached the guidelines and rubric for the assignment.  I need 3 peer reviewed article resources, stat pearls not allowed and has to be within the last 5 years.  I need the pdf of the article used please.  Rubric states total 3 pages including referenceand title page.
I have not picked a topic yet from the list, was thinking Rabies or HIV/AIDS or body image but will leave it open to you.
