Paper must include the following sections
1. Introduction: Include general statements on the role of the master’s prepared nurse as a leader and the identification of the purpose of the paper.  
2.Personal Leadership Experience: Describe your personal experience serving in formal and/or informal leadership roles. How effective do you feel you are as a leader? How comfortable are you serving in leadership roles?   (I have served a interim DON, assistant director of nursing, unit manager, and charge nurse. pick whichever example you prefer)

Which leadership style(s) are best suited for your future area of practice? Provide support from at least one scholarly source.

6. Conclusion: Provide a conclusion, including a summary of your leadership style, leadership competencies, and strategies.

Identify concepts being studied
Identify the main categories you will need to write about (e,g, if your topic is about breastfeeding, social media and social support, you will need to identify these topics areas: look at social support and breast feeding, breastfeeding and social media etc).
Identify any theory or conceptual model that might be being used.
Identify your search strategy, what key words you have used, plans to narrow or expand your search strategy, and how many articles you have found to date.
