Meanwhile, a dynamic pricing scheme would also require e-Business companies like Robinhood to better monitor its operating costs and the availability of its services, how much its clients value the products and services, and future demands (Elmaghraby & Keskinocak, 2003; Bichler et al., 2002). In any case, Robinhood should maintain a high level of transparency, which is critical to consumer trust and loyalty, considering the sensitive nature of its business.
