In this
work we need to talk about 2 companies, 1500 words allocated to each and make
identical reports but personalised to each of the 2 separate companies, for
example talking about (xyz) for both companies (but we are not relating them
together, it is as if it is 2 entirely separate reports)
The work requires a lot of research and references presented to
prove that the company is employing the procurement strategies as well present

Global sourcing (for this assessment) is a process that consists
of integration and coordination of procurement requirements (across all of the

the (buying) organisations demand with the suppliers global ability to supply
are not involved/taken into consideration
