You may choose the format of your report: Video or voice presentation, PowerPoint, written paper, infographic, etc.  Feel free to get creative!

If you write a paper, I would expect a minimum of 3 pages double-spaced, not including references.
Cite everything!  The majority of your report should be presented in your own words to help avoid plagiarism.

Presentation of the Findings
This is a narrative assignment using the appropriate template and headings. The presentation of
the findings should be an exhaustive discussion of no less than 30 pages.
The body of the document will include:
Presentation of the Findings
o   Introductory paragraph
o Overview of Themes Discovered
o Discussion of Themes – Provide a detailed discussion of the findings organized by the
themes discovered in the study.
o Organize the discussion by themes discovered and present the results of the
qualitative analysis.
o Include the results of all qualitative and quantitative analyses conducted for
triangulation in the discussion organized by themes discovered. For quantitative
analysis, include appropriate hypotheses testing and results.
o Include a sample of relevant direct quotations from participants to highlight the
discovered themes.
o Relationship of Findings – Provide a detailed discussion of how the findings relate to key
areas from the research proposal.
o The Research Questions – Discuss how the findings addressed each of the research
questions.
o The Research Framework – Discuss how the findings relate to each of the elements
in the research framework.
o Anticipated Themes – Discuss how the findings relate to the anticipated themes
with a focus on any differences, unanticipated themes, or missing themes.
o The Problem – Discuss how the findings relate to the problem being studied.
o The Literature – Discuss how the findings relate to the literature with a focus on
both similarities and differences.
o Summary of the Findings – Provide an overview of how the findings addressed the specific
problem being studied, the general problem, the purpose of the research, and the research
questions. Highlight key conclusions drawn from the findings.

Policy analysis is a mainstay of any healthcare administrator. The ability to analyze policy from year to year and implement changes determines the behavior of your employees and the risk mitigation of your department and organization. You must be able to effectively communicate the changes needed for the policy. In this Individual Project (IP), you are going to research the current suggestions of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) using the following resources:

Then, analyze the following sample policy:

Policy: All members of the healthcare team will comply with current CDC hand hygiene guidelines.

For this assignment, you will respond to the following prompts in essay format:
How well does this policy align with the current hand hygiene standards based on the CDC recommendations for hand hygiene in healthcare settings? Describe the areas of alignment and opportunities for improvement.
Based on your analysis, what modifications would you recommend to the policy?
According to the CDC guidelines and resources for hand hygiene and the state policy options associated with Eliminating Healthcare Associated Infections, provide a brief discussion of what you must consider with regard to training your staff and documenting the impact by measuring hand hygiene practices.
Now, review the Guidelines for Policy and Procedure Development, and write the policy based on your recommendations and what you found in the CDC guidelines. Submit the revised policy along with your paper. Any changes remitted from the CDC policy should be defended in your paper.
Be sure to cite properly and provide two scholarly resources to support your paper. (The course textbook will not be counted as a scholarly resource for this assignment.)

The healthcare world and the world overall is now a very different place since the COVID-19 global pandemic uprooted people’s daily lives. Healthcare policy had to change on a dime in many places. For example, hospitals fearing the worst limited the visitation of family members to those loved ones struck with illness (both COVID and non-COVID). New parents had to take turns seeing their newborns. Telehealth has taken on a new leading role in many healthcare organizations because face-to-face visits were no longer acceptable due to nationwide lockdowns. Many organizations did this to mitigate risk and follow strategic national policy. Your organization has decided to take a stand to implement the same strategy. Its policy is to not allow any visitors during a lockdown.
In this class debate, you are going to be placed on a side of the new visitation policy. Your task is to argue for or against the new policy based on your last name. Those with last names beginning in A–M will argue against, and those with last names beginning in N–Z will argue for. You are tasked with presenting your case to the class on why or why not the policy should stand. Cover the following:
Consider how this has changed the way that you view healthcare access and equality.
Consider the risk to the organization.
Consider the impact of the decision.
Should there be exceptions to the policy? Why or why not?

Policy gets updated annually in most healthcare organizations. This is due to several reasons.
