Reflection Paper: What Is Your Global Outlook Now?
UNIV 2002, Spring 2024; 10 points. DUE: Monday, 5/6, 8 p.m.
Recall that, early in the semester, you wrote a brief paper on your global outlook. Re-readyour earlier essay, and then write a new one, bearing in mind the subsequent work you’ve done in this class. Are we still on the road to a global apocalypse, or is there reason for optimism? Or are things ultimately hazy? Whatever answer you arrive at is up to you, but you must invoke at least three materials and/or topics we’ve examined this semester in support of your views. Because this is a personal reflection, use of such pronouns as “I” and “me” are perfectly acceptable.
​The essay itself should be between 600-700 words in length (bibliography text does not count toward these totals). You may go longer, if you like, but please do not go beyond 1000 words. Your essay (Word format only) must be double-spaced, page-numbered, and include a word count at the end.
