    As part of your Tasks, you were required to (1) read chapters 6 and 8 and then (2) view the direct testimony and cross examination testimony of a forensic pathologist .  A forensic pathologist and a medical examiner share the same function.  The direct and cross examination testimony is also from the Alex Murdaugh murder trial.  
    Once again, I want you to critically review this expert witness in a 400 to 500 word essay.  Make sure to point out some of the qualities listed in the text that made the witness effective and credible during direct examination and during cross examination.  Were there any differences in the expert’s demeanor while being questioned by the opposing attorneys?   Finally, what information did this expert present that you believe the jury used to find the accused guilty of murder?

    1) You will build upon your PowerPoint presentation from earlier in Module 3 use as the media. No handwritten visual aids should be used. 2.
