The instructor would like us to solve for the equations and plot in mathematica. I would like someone to double check my work and generate a code that I can copy and paste into mathematica. For the assignment we had to pick the initial mass, damping coefficients, initial conditions, and two different spring sets. If the ones I have chosen do not make sense please suggest differently.

Geostatistics assignment: (Reservoir Engineering)
Attached is a real reservoir model with strong heterogeneity, please extract its variogram model using SGeMS Version 2.1 and modeling the variogram properly. Note that the variogram model in complicated and requires your attention to capture the anisotropic variograms, please check out the directional variogram plots first to show the rose diagram, which will help you to have a general picture of the modeling process.
The model dimension is 100 by 130 in two-dimensional domain.
Data file is for the permeability field of Layer #5, of the Stanford V reservoir model. It is fluvial reservoir system with multiple fluvial channels.
