Teachers must plan lessons that support language development and communication skills for all early childhood students, including those with exceptionalities. The ability to adapt content based on data, utilize a variety of instructional strategies, and provide varied methods of assessment is essential for meeting student needs. Finally, being knowledgeable about augmentative and alternative communication systems and assistive technologies allows teachers to support the diverse needs of learners in mastering the desired classroom outcomes.
The grade selected is , Grade 3, using Oklahoma State Standard that focuses on listening and speaking, and/or language. Using the “3 Day COE Unit Plan Template,” create a three-day unit plan that will support the development of the selected standard for all students. Use the class profile for the selected grade level to differentiate and adapt your unit plan based on the needs and abilities listed for each student. Complete all sections of the unit plan, paying particular attention to the following:
Multiple Means of Representation: Summarize how you will present the content in various ways to meet the needs of different learners.
Multiple Means of Engagement: Describe developmentally appropriate strategies/activities to enhance language development and communication skills of the students in the class profile, including the use of augmentative and alternative communication systems.
Multiple Means of Expression: Summarize the various ways in which students will demonstrate what they have learned.
Write a 250-500 word rationale that you would use to present your unit plan to your instructional team that discusses the following:

Title: “Developing a Reading Intervention Plan for a 10th Grade Male Student with ADD in a Content Area Classroom”
Many students struggle academically across content areas because they are performing below grade level in reading/literacy. The ability to assess students, analyze assessment data, and work with parents/guardians and other stakeholders to develop specific intervention plans is critical in helping all students achieve their academic goals. Clearly communicating information about student skills and proposed interventions to all stakeholders can ensure collaboration in the development and implementation of a reading intervention plan.
Reading Case Study: 10th grade male
Student: 10th grade male
English is the student’s first language.
The student has a 504 Plan for ADD.
Lexile level = 970-1030.
The student struggles with comprehending what was read and currently performs approximately two grade levels below grade level.
The student’s fluency lags slightly and is approximately a year below grade level.
The student tries hard despite attention challenges, and he is motivated to learn.
The student actively participates in class but speaks out of turn.

Using the Reading Case Study data provided above, develop a 500–750 word intervention plan specific to your content area to support the student with literacy in your classroom. In the plan, address the following:
Identification of state content area standards that align with the student’s learning needs and can be used to support literacy development in the content area.
Creation of three literacy performance objectives for the student to meet, within the context of the identified state standards that align to the specific content area.

“Motherhood Journey: Observing the Experiences of Five Mothers Through Pre-Labor to Post-Labor in 2024”
The assignement consists of me observing 5 mothers and 5 different times with at lease three pages for each mother from prelabor to postlabor. The mothers can be a figment mothers and can be listed a Clients 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The dates I want to use is January 2024-May2024 with three (3) vaginal delivery births and 2 cesearean births.
