I NEED SOMEONE WHO REALLY KNOWS HOW TO MAKE GOOD POWERPOINTS! I have to choose a hallucinogen listed under Schedule 1 and give a general background of the usage and effects. (I AM CHOOSING TO DO LSD.) It has to be between 6-8 slides and the last slide must be the cited sources slide. I will attach the information from my textbook about LSD that can be included in powerpoint but then I must have 2-3 outside sources from GOOGLE SCHOLAR. Format must be APA 7th addition or MLA 7 format. I must use PPT presentation tool. I will have to present this material in a 5-10 minute presentation so that is why I need presenter notes.  I have included the directions for the assignment and the sheet with all of the ways she expects the presentation to be. I have highligted the most important info. It is pages 4-9 on the Best Practices for Presentation sheet that I included. She wants the powerpoint to be visually appealing design and layout and keep it the same throughout with the font being easily visible against the background. She wants the layout to be consistent throughout the presentation. The “untitled” uploads are the textbook information about LSD from my actual class that can be used in powerpoint.  She DOES NOT want the slides to be bombarded with information(see best practices directions-it explains it in there)

Inequality Paper Step 3: Develop Your Legal Reform!
For Inequality Paper Step 3, you will find 1 (one) Law Review Article (you will follow the instructions on the Find Law Reviews link to summarize, analyze and cite them.)  (Graduate Students should find at least 2 Law Review Articles.)  Law Reviews (or Law Journals) are journals where law scholars write their analyses of the law and arguments for how to change the law.  Law Review Articles often are called normative articles because they argue how the law should change or how the law ought to be.  For instance, a Law Review Article might explain the current state of campaign finance law and then make suggestions for how to reform that area of law.  (In contrast, scientific articles like sociology articles are called empirical articles because they argue about how the world is or what processes are true in the world.  For example, an empirical article asks what the causes and effects of various phenomena in the world are, like the causes and effects of inequality.)
You will use your chosen Law Review Article to build your reform argument in your Inequality Paper.  Follow the instructions for using the Nexis Uni database on the Find Law Reviews page to find your Law Review Article.  (NOTE: Keep in mind, scholarly law books also are acceptable sources, and those books sometimes will appear in your searches when you search for Law Review Articles.  Academic scholarly law books typically are published at University book presses such as Oxford University Press, University of California Press, etc.  NOTE: A scholarly law book is not just a book that gives you the laws like a statute book; instead, a scholarly law book explains the current state of the law and gives suggested reforms; it is like a Law Review Article, but longer).
Law Review Article Selection and Citation
Find the following information about your Law Review Article:
a) Article title: What is the title and subtitle of your Law Review Article?
b) Author(s): What are the full names of the article’s authors? Include author affiliations and credentials. Note: author affiliations are frequently listed with the authors’ names, however, sometimes you need to look in a footnote on the title page or elsewhere in the document. In rare occasions, author affiliations are not listed.
c) Journal Name: What is the name of the Law Review in which the source was published?
Create an In-text citation and a References list citation for your Law Review Article:
2 .a) In-Text Citation: Write an in-text citation for your Law Review Article. Use the in-text citation template on the Cite Your Sources page to put together your citation.
2. b) Reference List Citation: Write a Reference list citation for your Law Review Article. Use the journal article template on the Cite Your Sources page to put together your citation.
3.  Summarize your article (minimum 250 words, maximum 500 words). Include in your summary the Article’s main point, the topics covered, and the main arguments of the author(s). Use the information under Analyze Legal Articles to help you analyze and find key information in your articles for your summary.
4.  Reflection: How can you use the article’s arguments and reasoning to help build your own arguments for a legal reform that will fix your macro-level inequality?
Citations provide the information necessary for readers to identify and retrieve each source you use. When you use someone else’s words or ideas in your papers, you should create In-text citations (within the paper) and References list citations (at the end of the paper). Each In-text citation should lead to a References list citation, and each References list citation should come from an In-text citation.

This week you learned about the various identification procedures and the right to counsel. Please explain briefly when a suspect has a right to counsel during the various identification procedures. Then explain what steps you would take to make line-ups more reliable and less suggestive.

After reading the instructions, you would need to access the University of Phoenix Library and click on the first link that says Frontline (2001) Juvenile Justice. It would be under WATCH . There a video will appear and on the right hand side is the transcript as well as the names that are on the assessment.

Criminal justice professionals who conduct crisis intervention must train regularly to develop their skills to support individuals with mental health issues. Training budgets are limited and can require a bid for approval to complete specific training programs. Advanced positions with expanded responsibilities may require such trainings. To be effective at crisis intervention, you must be ready to listen carefully, think critically, speak clearly, and solve problems by communicating with affected individuals and other professionals in a way that will not risk making an already stressful situation worse. 
For this summative assessment, you will prepare a proposal that justifies your readiness for a role supporting crisis intervention. This assessment will showcase your interpretation of best practices related to crisis intervention skills.

Write a 700 word proposal that analyzes the use of practical techniques for interacting with individuals experiencing mental health crises. Compose the proposal as if you were a criminal justice professional justifying to your employer your readiness for a role involving crisis intervention. Your proposal should reflect your understanding of best practices in crisis intervention and propose strategies for de-escalation and administrative handling of various mental health crises. Explain the administrative processes and procedures related to crisis intervention in each of these settings, such as response protocols, follow up, documentation, or duty to inform. Explain the practical reasons for having special administrative processes and procedures for crisis intervention response to support individuals with mental health issues.
Describe your level of readiness to de-escalate situations with individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Propose that you are ready for a professional role involving crisis intervention.
Cite at least 2 scholarly sources according to APA guidelines. Assignment must be written in APA 7 student format (abstract not needed). In text citations are required on this assignment. You should not use first person on this assignment with exceptions to the information on your level of readiness.
