As we close the course, the M8.3 discussion will focus on a self-reflection about what you learned from the course. In module one of the course, you participated in an activity to determine your conflict management style. Although it is not perfect, it gave you an idea of how you approach conflict. 
For this discussion, reflect on what you learned in the course and discuss how your learning experience may help you manage conflict in the future. I am an intern for CRM email campaigns at Hunkemoller and for university I need to make a communication plan for hunkemoller and this is my assignment: You write a communication plan for a communication project aimed at a specific target group of the organisation (Hunkemoller). You write it independently. Make sure to include relevant theory to enhance your advice. Draw logical conclusions based on your insights. Make sure to describe the topic of your communication plan. The project should be large enough to meet all the criteria in the rubric. Make sure it follows the steps of a communiction plan, like an internal and external analysis, mission/vision ( other relevant and general info about the organization (maybe even a swot analysis) make objectives and smart goals (but make sure it isn’t something Hunkemoller is doing already), insights, persona, communication channels, strategy, concept, conclusion, etc. Make sure to use sources and apa citation 7th edition. Research: Basic research requirements: At least two separate sources with sources cited within the text of the speech, with parenthetical references (or endnotes or footnotes) and with a works cited page.
Objective:
IMPORTANT: All speech topics must rise to the level of being Civic Engagement. That specifically means a topic that has beneficiaries (or benefits, or impacts) someone or something beyond your audience. So for example, persuading us to get more sleep is not Civic Engagement, this topic only seeks to benefit the audience. Persuading us to help combat food insecurity by donating to a food bank does rise to Civic Engagement. Or persuading us that we need to raise the minimum wage. Apply this logic to any topic you chose. 
Option A: A speech of 6 minutes designed to persuade the audience on either a Question of Fact or a Question of Value. This speech will require research and skillful handling of the methods of persuasion. Individuals who speak on Questions of Fact will need to give special attention to evidence and reasoning. Those who speak on Questions of Value must be sure to identify their standards for judgment and to justify their value in light of these standards. This speech will require research and a skillful use of the methods of persuasion. Special emphasis should be given to evidence and reasoning.
Option B: A speech of 6 minutes designed to persuade for or against a Question of Policy.  Speakers may seek either passive agreement or immediate action from the audience, the latter being encouraged as long as there is an appropriate action for the audience to take. In either case, speakers should be sure to deal with all three basic issues of policy speeches – need, plan and practicality. This speech will require research and a skillful use of the methods of persuasion. Special emphasis should be given to evidence and reasoning.
* The speech must be timed to no more than six minutes. All grading will stop at nine minutes and the speaker will lose points for any aspects of the speech not covered due to being over the time limit.

You have been hired as the City Manager in an urban city. One of the communities in your city is comprised of U.S. citizens of Middle Eastern descent. This community is experiencing increased crime, particularly in the form of vandalism of businesses. Many of these businesses have had cultural slanders written on their walls. Citizens from this community also have reported to your office that when they shop in businesses not in their own community, they are treated disrespectfully and are not helped by the business’s employees.
Youth from this community are reporting that they are being harassed by other students in school because they are of Middle Eastern descent. Additionally, this community has requested that a youth center be created in their community. The YWCA and Boys and Girls Clubs have declined to be involved in creating a youth center in this community.
The citizens of this community feel that they are not being treated fairly. This community is demanding that your office address their problems and concerns.
You must create an action plan detailing the steps you would take to address this community’s problems and concerns, and increase community relations. You must detail the strategies you would employ to develop strong community partnerships and include any ethical or legal considerations in responding to this situation.  Include what resources you would utilize in your action plan.
Requirements:  Your Strategy Paper must be at least 500 words and written in complete sentences with no grammatical errors.  You must include research to demonstrate that your strategies are viable to address the situation.   You must include 3 references in APA format in the body of your paper supporting your perspective and include an APA reference list at the end of your paper.
