Recall that Lockheed Martin has such an executive-level position. However, not all companies have such a position. In this assignment you will be asked to discuss the contributions of executive leaders and of the Ethics Officer with respect to building an organization that values workplace ethics. 
What do you believe are the most important characteristics of ethical leadership?

I am writing my thesis with the title : The contribution of environmentally friendly textile fibres to a more sustainable fashion sector. The case of linen.
and research question: How are the players in the linen industry/SC organising themselves to meet the needs arising from the transition to sustainable fashion?
I wrote a big part of the literature review but am missing the source citing and a big recorrection and rewriting but it can be a base. It also misses a last part on linen.

Using systems theory, describe a process that you follow in your daily life. What are the inputs, what transformations occur, what are the outputs, how is the system regulated, what environmental forces have important impacts, and what impacts are made on the environment?

– Write another paragraph that discuss about how 1 Kings 5-8 (The construction of Solomom’s temple) relates to the concept of product design process  which includes the stages of idea development, product screening, preliminary design and testing, and final design (~200 words)
For example, you might extrapolate how the Biblical case study could be used to explain a concept from a chapter, or develop a hypothetical example using details from the case study to demonstrate how an analytical tool could be applied to the situation, or reflect on how principles of Christian faith can inform and shape our understandings of operations management concepts by highlighting similarities and differences in perspectives, etc.
