Im a student at ehl, i need to write a business proposal minimum 3000 words, excluding the summary. It should be a business project similar to the one that I attached. Nothing can be copied, plagurised ( very strict school).  On the bottom i basically summarized everything. And on the paper you must do some research on things i would need to include. Like what version of ipad or computer i would need to operate or the type of speakers i need, pos system etc. please do not copy paste anything.

Nestled amidst the bustling streets lined with office buildings and malls, my establishment aims to cater to the diverse tastes of the urban crowd, offering Asian-inspired cuisine during the day and transitioning seamlessly into a European-style bar by nightfall.
The concept of my restaurant-bar, LotusLuxe Lounge, is a reflection of my own background and interests, blending the rich flavors and ingredients of Asian cuisine with the sophistication and elegance of European beverages. By embracing this fusion of cultures, I seek to create an inviting and dynamic atmosphere where patrons can explore a diverse array of culinary experiences while immersing themselves in the vibrant energy of the city.
Recognizing the challenges faced by restaurants in this bustling urban landscape, I am committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for my guests. From addressing high rent prices in prime locations to ensuring exceptional service delivery, I understand the importance of balancing cost-saving measures with customer satisfaction.
One of the key challenges I anticipate is the influx of customers during peak hours, particularly during lunch breaks, when office workers flood the area seeking quick and convenient meals. This surge in demand can lead to chaos in the kitchen and challenges in the front of the restaurant, potentially impacting the smooth flow of operations and customer satisfaction.
To address these challenges and deliver a seamless experience, I have carefully considered the technology and systems that will support the efficient management of LotusLuxe Lounge. From utilizing iPads for inventory management, financial statements, and payroll processing to implementing POS software for menu item tracking, peak time analysis, and smartphone payments, every aspect of the operation will be streamlined to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. 
Another challenge we anticipate during peak hours is the difficulty in providing equal service to all customers when they arrive simultaneously. To address this issue, we plan to implement a solution that leverages technology: food delivery robots. These robots will work alongside our human waitstaff, efficiently transporting food from the kitchen to the guests’ tables. By incorporating this innovative technology, we aim to ensure prompt and consistent service for all patrons, enhancing their dining experience and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, we recognize that our location, surrounded by office buildings and malls, may present challenges during the evenings when workers prefer to dine at home with their families rather than eating out. In response to this, we have devised a strategy to transform LotusLuxe Lounge into a bustling bar during the evening hours. By offering a selection of enticing finger foods and curating a vibrant atmosphere with good music, we aim to attract patrons seeking to unwind and socialize after a long day. This strategic pivot not only addresses the challenge of reduced evening foot traffic but also presents an opportunity to capitalize on the growing demand for relaxed and enjoyable nightlife experiences in Ulaanbaatar.
Furthermore, I understand the importance of creating the right ambiance for my patrons, which extends to the quality of the music and the sound system. While budget constraints are a consideration, I am committed to investing in speakers that offer superior sound quality to enhance the overall dining experience without breaking the bank.

Situational Overview
During the past 14 years, Garden Gate Inc. has grown from a small local garden supply company into a diversified corporation with stores in 36 states and net sales of almost $1.4 billion. The company currently employs 26,500 people and has been expanding at a 12 percent annual rate. Garden Gate expects to continue this pace of growth for at least 5 more years. The company has a talent philosophy of treating its employees as investors and spends heavily on their training and development. The firm also has a generous tuition-aid program that allows qualified employees to pursue bachelor’s and master’s degrees part-time if the degree they are pursuing is consistent with their career plans established in conjunction with their supervisors.
Last year, the company spent $350,000 on tuition aid and recently decided to closely evaluate the program’s effectiveness. The evaluation was prompted by the recent departure of Jill Ises, who stated that her reason for leaving was that she had not been promoted in the year she had received her MBA degree. Her career plan had been to become a senior accountant in one of the company’s regional offices, and she receive high-performance appraisal evaluations while earning good grades in the accounting program. Five regional accounting manager positions (the job in between Jill’s current job and her desired senior accountant position) had been filled in the past year, and Jill had not been contacted about any of them. Further investigation identified 17 other tuition-aid beneficiaries who had left in the past year. Like Ises, these people said that their lack of being promoted after earning their degrees was the primary reason for leaving. The following table describes the 18 employees who received tuition aid but left the company because they had not been promoted.
The company’s review of its internal hiring policy identified the following three primary sources for identifying internal talent and some problems with them:
Supervisors are asked to nominate employees they feel are qualified for openings in the company, but there are often dozens of open positions, and many supervisors do not regularly review the internal job postings.
The firm’s HR professionals try to match open positions with employees who fit the criteria for them by looking at the company’s skills inventory database. Unfortunately, the information in the database is often outdated or incomplete.
The departments that have openings recommend employees they feel are promotable.
Garden Gate’s management is concerned that it is not realizing a sufficient return on its considerable investment in its tuition-aid program and is considering discontinuing the program.

Summary and Directions:  It has been said that if a person has a profession that they find personal reward in and that has a positive impact on society they are considered a success.   We have discussed a large array of aspects in this course that range from small businesses, franchises, large corporations, different functional roles, titles, jobs, and many other aspects of what makes up a business career.
In looking at what interests you, what type of business career do you think would strike your interest and give you a feeling or reward?  Pick a specific aspect of business that you want to focus on and do the following:
Go Online and find a company type that you think you would be interested in. This can be an established company or a specific type of business that interests you.
Describe the ways that you think you would be challenged in such a role. This can be for example working in a corporation in a role like finance, operations, HR, I.T., or sales, or it can be a small business that you could position yourself as the owner of.
Speak with someone in that industry: Once you have narrowed down on a specific type of situation/role that you feel you could be successful within, call or visit with someone that’s in a similar company and ideally in a similar role. Find out the following from the person you are able to speak with/meet:
Ups and Downs of the Career: Why did that person choose that profession and what reward do they get on a daily basis?  What things do they not like about the role and why do they tolerate it?
How They got into that role: What was it that led them into that specific career path? Were there prerequisites (i.e. study, advanced degrees required, did they know someone etc)
Ask for Advice: Write down 4-5 points that you take away from the conversation:
