The paper should describe the scope and principal features of the field of study (such as Real Estate Broker, Agent, Appraiser, etc.), citing core theories and practices, and offer a similar explication of a related field. This means, explain how the perspective you chose relates to the field of Real Estate in general and the other areas within Real Estate.
You may write your paper from any number of perspectives:
-Appraisers and their job or role
    -The lending market
-Generational effects on the housing market
-A career as a broker or sales agent or other careers in Real Estate
    -Land use

-Laws that will affect Real Estate
-Other subjects that may have affected the history and today’s situations in the Real Estate Market
A minimum of three references are required. Two must be from the APUS Library (See Course Guide for help). Wikipedia is NOT a valid Academic source. Dictionaries and encyclopedias may be used; however, they do not count towards your minimum two library references.
    Style Guidelines for the paper:
Use a header on every page, including the title page. The header should be formatted according to APA guidelines.
A title page with the title, author, class, class section, professor, and date should be on the title page, centered on the page. This title page does NOT count toward your 6 to 10 page requirement.
Margins are one inch on all sides.
All content is double-spaced and left-justified.
Indent the first line of every paragraph five spaces or use the TAB key.
Do NOT leave extra space between paragraphs.

  • “The Impact of COVID-19 on College Students: Challenges and Opportunities”

Introduction: Your introductory material should set up your topic for your audience. Briefly summarize your findings (” Effects of COVID-19 on College Students “). Your introduction should not meander around the point of your paper.
It may be more than one paragraph in length, but at some point, very early in the paper, you then need to start the substance of the paper. State your thesis in the form of a sentence or two. It should not be in the form of a question. Your thesis should be a brief statement, in your own words, that points out the significant issues about this topic that you discovered in your research.
Body of Paper: Use subheadings (if needed) to separate aspects of your paper that support your thesis. The body of your paper should provide supporting evidence to support your thesis in a logical, fully developed manner. For each new topic that supports your overall thesis, provide a topic sentence or two which is, in effect, the thesis for that sub-topic. If you do not use subheadings, you must provide transition sentences to move your reader from one paragraph to the next. Your supporting sub-topics should address these issues: What is the significant impact of these research findings? How will they affect people? What are the benefits to people? Are there any disadvantages? These are just some questions you can answer in your paper, but feel free to add more questions you believe could be answered.
As a research paper writer, you should synthesize the information gained from sources and weave it into a well-ordered paper, using the sources as evidence to support key points. These are how your direct quotes (In-text citations) come into your paper.
Conclusion: Your conclusion should make “wrap up” statements about what you learned about the topic and your findings’ possible impact on people and society. Also, address any issues that may still not be resolved for you. Don’t be reluctant to address the problems that aren’t quickly resolved or have negative or ambiguous outcomes. I am looking for a thoughtful look at the topic and sharing the major significance of this issue.
Your research paper must include three direct quotes (in-text citations)—a quote from each source. Please view the Week 5 folder for in-text citations and the APA folder for more information on in-text citations.
Page 3 or 4: Reference Page
The final page of your research paper is your reference page. This page has all the sources you USED to write your research paper. Each source should be placed as an APA citation and in alphabetical order by the first letter of the citation. Please view the APA folder and sample research paper to understand what should be submitted for your reference page.
    Sources
Three sources in total (You may add more if you choose, but each source you use must contain an in-text citation in the body of the paper. You should have a minimum of 3 in-text citations, one from each source you use. You can use multiple in-text citations from one source, but remember each source should have at least one in-text citation.)
Provide 3 articles ( Two that I have provided and One on your own) from a database or credible internet sources
You may use the sources from your annotated bibliography.
Required: at least three direct quotes/paraphrases/summarizations, one from each source.
