It took nine of thirteen states to approve the Constitution and create the United States and the federal government of today, but what if they did not get the votes and there was no Constitution? No federal government, no 1st, 13th, 15th, 19th amendments, etc., and states can make whatever laws they wanted. What would the states look like today without the federal government and laws? What rights would people have today in these states? Looking at the amendments listed above will give you some help, but feel free to choose other amendments, federal laws or civil rights, etc. Additionally, look at what some states are doing to people rights today to help you. You should examine states that existed before the Civil War, the North(east) and South for example. Worth: 20 points Read the discussion thoroughly, the rubric and criteria are on all discussions. “Preserving Our Forests: The Importance of Protecting and Sustaining Ecosystems”
Dylan
The ecosystem I’ve decided to discuss is the forest. There are many forest around the world and are all sizes. These places have many ranges of climate and landforms. Usually a forest in filled with trees and in some cases moist through the year. The forest around us all generate the oxygen we need to breathe everyday. These forest also provide water to many people worldwide. A change that has been happening and needs to become better is cutting down the trees for timber. Getting rid of these trees in the forest reduce the different animals and are causing some species to become extinct. Also cutting these trees are taking away from the total oxygen that the forest produces as well as some water for people that live within or close to these forest. To reverse this change we need to someone how figure out a way to find other places for timber or limit the amount cut down yearly. We as people all around the world can also increase the amount of trees planted yearly -

Stakeholder Analysis for Action Research Project Stakeholder Analysis for Action Research Project Introduction: The purpose of this stakeholder analysis is to identify key stakeholders within our organization who are affected by, have influence over, or have an interest in solving the
NO PLAGIARISM
I’ve included previous completed assignments and templates for reference.
The purpose of this assignment is to identify key stakeholders within your organization who are affected by, have influence over, or have an interest in solving the problem you are attempting to address with your action research project.
Stakeholder analysis requires you to examine a number of variables in relation to each individual or group you have identified. Use the “Stakeholder Brainstorming” resource provided as a tool to assist you in completing the “Stakeholder Analysis” Excel spreadsheet.
In the analysis, list titles and groups of stakeholders. Do not list names of specific individuals. It is important to note the role each stakeholder has in the problem and in solving the problem. Determine whether or not the individual or group has a negative, indifferent, positive, or very positive predisposition about the problem.
Within the “Stakeholder Analysis” spreadsheet, there is a tab labeled “Current-State Matrix.” Study the terminology related to influence and support and think about how each block describes the feelings a stakeholder may have about the problem and proposed solution. For example, there may be a group or individual that has a high degree of support with regard to solving the problem. If you know such person or group also has a high level of influence in how the problem is solved, it is important to think about how you will approach this person or group in terms of seeking information and presenting potential solutions. Taking time to rank the level of influence and support for each stakeholder is critical as you proceed, because it may have a large role in determining whether or not specific problem solutions can be implemented.
Take the time necessary to conduct research that will help you determine possible stakeholder reactions and issues related to potential solutions. Think about the motivation, drivers, and expectations of exchange for each stakeholder, the problem, and the proposed solutions. Finally, consider the role of the stakeholder, including when the stakeholder needs to be involved in the change effort, any stakeholder management activities, and stakeholder deliverables and timelines. If a stakeholder will ultimately end up having a designated role in implementing the solution, the ability to articulate the role, scope, and timeframe will be of utmost importance.
Complete the “Stakeholder Analysis” spreadsheet and submit it to the instructor along with a 500-word summary of your findings. In the summary, discuss the following:
Summarize stakeholder attitudes about the identified problem and support your summary with specific data from your collection tool.
Summarize stakeholder attitudes or experiences related to previously implemented problem solutions and support your summary with specific data from your collection tool.
Summarize stakeholder ideas for potential solutions and support your summary with specific data from your collection tool.
Who are the stakeholders you will seek to act as sponsors to support you in the implementation of a problem solution? Provide specific reasons why these stakeholders are key to implementing a solution.
Who are the stakeholders that will likely be directly affected by solving the problem? Provide specific ways these stakeholders could be directly affected by solving the problem.
Who are the stakeholders who could pose potential roadblocks to solving the problem? Provide specific reasons why these stakeholders could pose potential roadblocks and what those roadblocks could be. -

Title: Data Collection Tools for Effective Professional Development
Effective professional development is based on addressing the identified needs of the participants. Collecting and analyzing data prior to creating the professional development presentation is an important step in the professional development process. Once professional development has been delivered it is important to determine if the instruction has met learner needs or if further training is required.
For this assignment, you will create two data collections tools: a needs assessment and a satisfaction survey . Both surveys will be administered in EDU-588.
Needs Assessment Survey
The purpose of the needs assessment survey is to discover what professional development topics your colleagues believe would be most beneficial to them. Create a list of at least 15 suggested professional development topics that are appropriate for your organization. Using a 1-5 Likert scale, create a survey to be distributed to your colleagues via an electronic survey platform in EDU-588.
Satisfaction Survey
A satisfaction survey is designed to assess the level of participant satisfaction with a professional development session. Results from satisfaction surveys can also help in the process of modifying presentations for more effective implementation in the future.
Develop a generic survey using a 1-5 Likert scale that could solicit feedback following any professional development session.
Include the following:
At least 3-5 questions to evaluate the quality and relevance of the information presented.
At minimum 3-5 questions to evaluate the effectiveness of the presentation and the presenter.
At least one open-ended response soliciting qualitative feedback.
Prepare your survey to be distributed to your colleagues via an electronic survey platform in EDU-588.
Submit links to your online surveys along with a 250 word rationale for your design choices, including the following:
How are the topics you suggested relevant to your particular organization or workplace?
Why is it important to collaborate with professionals to identify their professional development needs?
Why you believe the tools you developed elicit valid and reliable data? Support this answer with 1-2 scholarly resources.
While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
