  • “Enhancing the Impact of Smartphone Usage on Exercise Participation among Patients with Chronic Respiratory Diseases: A Revised Dissertation”

i finished writing my dissertation and i gave it to a tutor outside of uni to mark it and she provided me her comments and her thoughts on it.
It’s essentially a disserttion about a survey containing questions about smartphone was  done in hospital to patients with Chronic Respiratory Diseases. Looked at how this affects their exercise participation.
I need an experienced tutor to rewrite the work incorporating her feedback and comments as well as your own expertise and judgement to make it a solidified and guaranteed first class as aligned with the marking crteria.
I will send the files etc after I get bids and we can go from there.

  • “Creating High Performing Leadership Teams through Situational Leadership 2 Approach” “Empowering Teams: The Role of Delegating Leadership in Unleashing Individual Skills”

Chapters 5 and 16 of your textbook Leadership: Theory and Practice
Chapter 2 of your textbook Leadership Essentials: Practical and Proven Approaches in Leadership and Supervision
    In your post,
Review the Situational Leadership 2 approach.
Pay close attention to figure 5.1, in Chapter 5 of your course textbook.
Explain how and when you would use directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating leadership styles to create high performing leadership teams for your organization.
Your discussion post should be 250 words.
Guided Response: Respond to at least two of your fellow students’ or instructor posts in a substantive manner and provide information or concepts that they may not have considered. Each response should have a minimum of 100 words and be respectful of others’ opinions and beliefs that differ from your own. Support your position by using information from the week’s reading.
     REPLY TO:
According to Northouse (2021), there are two types of behaviors: directive and supportive. “Directive behaviors help individuals and group members accomplish goals by giving directions, establishing goals and methods of evaluation, setting timelines, defining roles, and showing how the goals are to be achieved. Supportive behaviors help individuals and group members feel comfortable about themselves, their coworkers, and the situation.” There are four distinct leadership styles depending on the need of the employee; many times, all four styles are used simultaneously. In the first style Directing, the employee is eager to work and please but lacks the knowledge of the work at hand. Education is key at this stage, and the highest amount of time is spent orienting to expectations of the job requirements. In the second style Coaching, the employee has some knowledge of the job requirements but the commitment level is lower than the first style employee as they lose some of their self-confidence with new responsibilities. In the third style Supporting, the employee already has a strong set of skills and has autonomy to make decisions in the workplace. The fourth style Delegating, employees are deemed experts in their areas of work and the leader gives them full control of all decisions. Using these four styles of leadership will assist me in maintaining high performing employees. It is my intention to meet with each person every six months to discuss progress individually and set goals for the incoming six months. Any person not meeting these goals will be provided with extra education and placed on a performance improvement plan to facilitate the key skills needed for the current and future goals.

    REPLY 2

Review the Situational Leadership 2 approach.
Different situations will need different leadership. Situational leadership recognizes that each individual or situation needs a different approach from the leader. There are four distinct leadership categories of directive and supportive leadership (Northouse, 2021). These four categories are: directive (high directive- low supportive), coaching (high directive- high supportive), supporting (high supportive-low directive) and delegating (low supportive- low directive style). The behaviors and direction of the leader and the team will adjust as the needs change.
Explain how and when you would use directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating leadership styles to create high performing leadership teams for your organization.
Directive leadership is best suited for situations where the team needs to clearly understand the goal and how to get there. The leader will provide the most direction and the most oversite.
Coaching leadership is best suited for situations where the team still needs direction of the goals but the leader is able to provide encouragement to the team and work toward their social needs.
Supporting leadership is best suited for situations where the team understands the goals and the leader is able to use supportive actions to help the team find their best skills.
Delegating leadership is best suited for situations where the leader provides the least amount of input and support. This is best suited for teams where team members understand their goals and have the skills needed to get there. These team members generally will have had time and support in the past from other leaders.

  • “McDonald’s and the Obesity Epidemic: A Case Analysis and Strategic Recommendations”

Read the “McDonald’s and Obesity” case posted above and answer the following questions based on your understanding of the case. Make sure that your answers are detailed and reflect an in-depth analysis of the case. Write your report in a separate file (MS Word format) and upload it to BlackBoard via the link on the assignment page.
The assignment is worth a total of 50 points. The following rubric will be used for grading the assignment:
Detailed coverage of issues:  20 points (40%)
Logical support for answers:  20 points (40%)
Spelling and grammar:      10 points (20%)
The suggested length of the case analysis is 2-3 pages typed in double space. There will be no penalty for exceeding the length if you have more information to offer. Please answer the questions in reasonable depth.
    Questions:
    1. How should McDonald’s respond when ads promoting healthy lifestyles featuring Ronald McDonald are equated with Joe Camel and cigarette ads? Should McDonald’s eliminate Ronald McDonald in its ads?
    2. Critically discuss the merits of the law proposed by France that would require fast-food companies either to add a health message to commercials or pay a 1.5 percent tax on their ad budgets. Propose a strategy for McDonald’s to pay the tax or add health messages, and defend your recommendation.

  • Title: The Blue Wall of Silence: Examining Police Subculture and the Impact on Ethical Behavior and Leadership

Consider Frank Serpico, New York City Police Detective (Retired).
In the 1970’s, Detective Serpico “broke the ranks” and exposed police corruption in the New York City Police Department. As a result, he was shot in the face, and it is his belief that he was set up by his colleagues — officers charged with the protection of the citizenry. Do you believe the subculture is so strong that an officer who is considered to be a “rat” or a “snitch” will be ostracized? Would this officer not be afforded backup or assistance in a crisis situation? Explain your response.
Congressman Charles Rangel and Mayor Rudolph Giuliani both speak of the “blue wall of silence.”
Please describe what you think is meant by the blue wall of silence? Does it truly exist or is this just a perception? Would a police officer with very strong morals, values, and ethics fail to expose officer wrongdoing? Does the subculture constrain the officer’s individual values?
In Hebrews 13:17, the Bible states, “Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.” What must effective leaders do to ensure they have faithful followership?

  • Research Outline: Addressing Childhood Obesity in the United States Title: The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health Summary Paragraphs: Social media has become an integral part of our daily lives, with millions of people around the world using various platforms to connect, share, and communicate. However, the

The Research Outline is, as it sounds, an outline of YOUR PART of the health issue/topic you and your team selected to study and create a team presentation for, during this course.  Your research outline will consist of an introduction, followed by lists of key points and their linked references.
NOTE: All written content in these assignments is to be created by YOU. You may not use artificial intelligence (AI) resources, such as generative AI chatbots, to assist you with this assignment. If that occurs, you will receive an automatic zero on the respective assignment. All team project members must participate in the Research Outline and Team Project Presentation assignments. If a group member does not contribute to the presentation assignment, they will be graded accordingly.
The Research Outline assignment requires that you apply your intellectual skills: concise description of the material as it relates to your health issue, succinct analysis, and informed library research.  (Core Objectives: Critical Thinking, Communication, Empirical and Quantitative, and Teamwork Skills.)
A research outline requires you to:
Know which “part” of the health issue/topic you are responsible for. NOTE: You and your team project members already identified a topic and parsed that topic out among the group members. Now it is time for EACH team member, individually, to research your part of the topic, gathering evidence-based information from reliable resources.
Locate 6 evidence-based sources of information (i.e., peer-reviewed journal article, CDC or other reliable website) and write a brief descriptive statement. This assignment works much like a puzzle in that you and your team gathers the puzzle pieces and then, through group communication, you discuss how those pieces fit together to reveal the whole picture, or in this case, how an evaluation of the information and your own opinions frame an evidence-based recommended course of action related to your health topic. NOTE: This assignment is NOT a review of a website.  Further, be sure to follow the instructions and grading rubric requirements closely.
Write a brief summary (2 separate paragraphs, each with at least 5 complete sentences) about your part of the health issue/topic.  This written content must be cited in APA format.  REMINDER: Simply listing a source or link at the end of each paragraph is not sufficient.  For this assignment, you are required to paraphrase and summarize the information you researched IN YOUR OWN WORDS and include in-text citations.
Create an APA formatted reference list for your sources (and any additional in-text citations used in your written paragraphs).
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Select a Topic: As a team, you already chose a public health issue or topic.  Communicate with your project team members to “parse,” or divide the topic out.  Then, you will have a solid direction to go in with your research. Then, before you proceed, review the grading rubric criteria carefully. NOTE: Your instructor recommends meeting virtually with your group in MSTeams vs. communicating via text-based messaging only!
    2. Assess Sources: Begin the process of gathering your sources by first searching for your topic in Google Scholar or using databases available through the UTA Libraries such as PubMed.  Locate 10-12 peer-reviewed articles that may contain useful information and ideas on your topic.  Briefly examine and review the actual articles, selecting your final 6 sources. NOTE: These articles should be directly related to YOUR PART of the health issue/topic.
    3. Read the Peer-reviewed Articles: Read each article and summarize the author’s main points as you go. Be sure you pay special attention to how this particular source fits into the larger, ongoing public health conversation about the topic. A good approach to this is to list main points and then tie those together in a few bullet points.
    4. Develop the Outline Points: Now you are ready to fill out the assignment template, listing the website link to each journal article, followed by a couple of sentences that summarize the bulleted points you denoted in Step #3 above. (Core Objectives: Critical Thinking, Communication, Empirical and Quantitative, and Teamwork Skills.) NOTE: You are required to use this research outline assignment template.
    Actions
    5. Develop the Summary Paragraphs to Your Part of the Health Issue/Topic: Now that you are familiar with your part of the health issue/topic, you will create two well-developed, detailed paragraphs, each with at least 5 complete sentences.  You are required to use in-text citations for this part of the assignment. NOTE: Many students lose points unnecessarily for not including TWO SEPARATE paragraphs and/or forget to write from an evidence-based perspective, including IN-TEXT CITATIONS IN APA FORMAT.
    6. Develop the Reference List for Your 6 Sources: Now that you have listed your 6 resources, you will create your reference list.  The reference list must be written in APA style: double-spaced and using Times New Roman size 12. NOTE: Here is a good resource to help you with the reference list: Reference List: Basic RulesLinks to an external site.)
    7. Review the Grading Rubric:  Most students who receive a poor grade on this assignment make the following errors.  These errors may be avoided if you review the grading rubric and check for errors prior to submission!
DO NOT COPY AND PASTE FROM THE INTERNET OR USE WORK SUBMITTED FOR ANOTHER COURSE!
    NO QUOTES
NO SECONDARY CITATIONS AND WRITE ONLY IN THIRD-PERSON TENSE
CHECK FOR SPELLING, PUNCTUATION, GRAMMAR AND DICTION BEFORE YOU SUBMIT.
    8. Submit the Assignment: When your research outline is complete (and you have proofread for errors and checked your plagiarism index!), post the assignment as a single MSWord document to the assignment portal.
    EXAMPLE OF A-LEVEL WORK
The example below provides you with a student submission that is considered A-Level work.  Although the assignment is not perfect, it will provide you with a good idea of how to get started on the assignment, along with what is expected.
