“Taking a Stand: A Comprehensive Analysis of the Pros and Cons of [Issue] and Defending a Position Through Professional Literature”
Your project is a position paper; therefore you must define the issue, include a reaction statement, and defend your position in the paper. The paper should fall between 1750 and 3000 words in length (with a typical font and spacing, 7 to 10 pages) excluding title page, TOC, and references.
Take a stand on the issue. After you have settled on an issue, think about the issue and take a stand. Formulate your thoughts. Know why you feel the way you do about the issue.
Evaluate the pros and cons of both sides of the issue. Display objectivity! You are not merely expressing your opinion. You are taking a point of view supported by professional literature. Do not merely conduct a superficial review of the issue. Roll up your sleeves and dig deep into the issue. Immerse yourself with the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of both sides of the issue. You must support all of your statements with citations from professional literature. While you are analyzing your issue and using your multiple professional sources, it will be important to analyze how the sources relate. If you are using only one source in a section of your paper, remember to connect the source to overarching concepts and themes you have discussed in your paper. All parts of your paper, including your sources, must be related.
Attached is the initial outline/proposal paper with five different sources -
“Enhancing Patient Safety: A Comprehensive Approach”
Capstone project on Patient safety -READ THE ATTACHED DOC FOR INSTRUCTIONS
-
“Exploring the Impact of Social Media on Mental Health”
the instructions are in one of the files, use the sources I mentioned in my bibliography paper to complete this assignment

For this project, you will be writing a preliminary research proposal.
Your proposal must be for a study that would examine the impact of a public health or medical intervention, such as exploring the question “Is ____ {intervention/exposure} an effective method for preventing/treating ____ {outcome/disease} in ____ {population}?” The project must be for primary research (either an observational or an experimental study design). You must explain your goals, the significance of the proposed project, and the methods you would use to collect your data.
You must carefully follow the formatting rules on the next page. The proposal will require a project summary, a background, a statement of the study’s objectives, a methods section (which should discuss recruiting, data collection, and data analysis), a researcher CV, and a proposed budget and timeline.
A cover page that includes only (1) a project title, (2) the name of the principal investigator (P.I.), and (3) a one-paragraph summary of the proposed research project.
□ A background (1 page) that includes:
□ an opening statement about the main study question, including a very brief
description of the proposed study population (including its location),
intervention, and disease that will be evaluated
□ a short literature review (approximately five pages with in-text citations to at least 8-10 references) that
explains how the proposed project is related to previous studies and what will
make it new and important
□ a list of at least 8-10 references cited, which should be listed at the bottom of
the page in size 12 font using APA format
□ Research project’s statement objectives: one main statement of purpose plus three to four specific aims. The list can be in bullet-point format and can be phrased in the form of the questions that will be answered or as “to” statements (such as “The specific aims are to identify / to compare / to evaluate _____.”).
□ A description of the methods (3 pages) that provides details about the proposed source population, sampling strategy, and recruiting strategy; ethical considerations (such as informed consent, benefits, and risk mitigation); data collection methods such as the use of a questionnaire, interviews, biological specimen collection, observation, and other techniques); and proposed data analysis methods.
□ A detailed and realistic timeline for completing the work should cover the entire scope of the plan from the preparation stages through the publication and presentation of results.
□ A budget should itemize all expenses expected for the project (such as travel expenses, equipment, salaries for support staff, etc.). For this project, the requested budget should not exceed $10,000.

“Market Structures and Pricing Strategies: An Analysis and Case Study”
Research project 1: Market structures and Pricing Strategies
Pricing strategy varies significantly across different market structures of perfect competition, monopolistic competition, oligopoly and monopoly which are complex. As discussed in detail in your textbook, the assessment of market structure is conducted on the basis of
intensity of competition, depending on the number of firms in the industry,
homogeneity of products, evaluated by the extent of substitutability of a firm product by the products of its rivals,
barriers to entry, estimated by the complexities and obstacles confronting potential firms from entering the industry,
information asymmetry, assessed by the degree of availability of knowledge of price to buyers.
Develop a paper detailing an analysis of market structures and relating pricing strategies that are suitable for each of these structures. Furthermore, include a real world example of pricing strategy for a specific company by identifying its market structure.
This research paper must be documented in Microsoft Word, APA formatted, and includes at least three scholarly peer reviewed articles. I strongly recommend the use of the APUS library since the most acceptable resources can only be found in protected database.
The paper is required to be about 10 double spaced pages and submitted it in the Assignment section of the classroom by midnight, EST, Day 7. Upon submission, your paper automatically will be submitted to “Turnitin.com” for plagiarism review. Your paper must be structured as
Section 1: Abstract
Section 2: Detailed analysis of perfect competition market structure and its specific pricing strategies,
Section 3: Detailed analysis of monopolistic competition market structure and its specific pricing strategies,
Section 4: Detailed analysis of oligopoly market structure and its specific pricing strategies,
Section 5: Detailed analysis of monopoly market structure and its specific pricing strategies,
Section 6: Case study: choose a business and discuss its market structure and pricing strategies.
Section 7: Conclusions
Section 8: References
