Im a student at ehl, i need to write a business proposal minimum 3000 words, excluding the summary. It should be a business project similar to the one that I attached. Nothing can be copied, plagurised ( very strict school).  On the bottom i basically summarized everything. And on the paper you must do some research on things i would need to include. Like what version of ipad or computer i would need to operate or the type of speakers i need, pos system etc. please do not copy paste anything.

By embracing this fusion of cultures, I seek to create an inviting and dynamic atmosphere where patrons can explore a diverse array of culinary experiences while immersing themselves in the vibrant energy of the city.
Recognizing the challenges faced by restaurants in this bustling urban landscape, I am committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for my guests. From addressing high rent prices in prime locations to ensuring exceptional service delivery, I understand the importance of balancing cost-saving measures with customer satisfaction.
One of the key challenges I anticipate is the influx of customers during peak hours, particularly during lunch breaks, when office workers flood the area seeking quick and convenient meals. This surge in demand can lead to chaos in the kitchen and challenges in the front of the restaurant, potentially impacting the smooth flow of operations and customer satisfaction.
To address these challenges and deliver a seamless experience, I have carefully considered the technology and systems that will support the efficient management of LotusLuxe Lounge. From utilizing iPads for inventory management, financial statements, and payroll processing to implementing POS software for menu item tracking, peak time analysis, and smartphone payments, every aspect of the operation will be streamlined to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. 
Another challenge we anticipate during peak hours is the difficulty in providing equal service to all customers when they arrive simultaneously. To address this issue, we plan to implement a solution that leverages technology: food delivery robots. These robots will work alongside our human waitstaff, efficiently transporting food from the kitchen to the guests’ tables. By incorporating this innovative technology, we aim to ensure prompt and consistent service for all patrons, enhancing their dining experience and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, we recognize that our location, surrounded by office buildings and malls, may present challenges during the evenings when workers prefer to dine at home with their families rather than eating out. In response to this, we have devised a strategy to transform LotusLuxe Lounge into a bustling bar during the evening hours. By offering a selection of enticing finger foods and curating a vibrant atmosphere with good music, we aim to attract patrons seeking to unwind and socialize after a long day. This strategic pivot not only addresses the challenge of reduced evening foot traffic but also presents an opportunity to capitalize on the growing demand for relaxed and enjoyable nightlife experiences in Ulaanbaatar.
Furthermore, I understand the importance of creating the right ambiance for my patrons, which extends to the quality of the music and the sound system. While budget constraints are a consideration, I am committed to investing in speakers that offer superior sound quality to enhance the overall dining experience without breaking the bank.
