Please do not use AI or ChatGBT to write my Literature Review as the University as introduced a new system which detect the similarity percentages on Turnitin to catch those students who are using these artificially intelligent to do their assignments. This is a very serious issues and it will lead to misconduct and been remove from the programme. So, if you know that you will use any of them, please don’t write my Literature Review as I need it from scratch with zero similarity from AI and Turnitin report.   
My chosen topic to write about the Literature Review is (“Does staff burnout affect PCC within healthcare settings?”)  
YOU ONLY NEED TO DO LEARNING OUTCOME 3 AND LEARNING OUTCOME 4, I HAVE DONE THE REST OF THE LEARNING OUTOMES FOCUS ONLY ON THESE TWO LEARNINGS

GUIDANCE FOR LO3 IS THE FOLLOWING BELOW
To start you need to include a search strategy (Approx. 150 – 200 words)
All keywords you used to find your literature, including any Boolean terms such as ‘AND’ or ‘OR’ or ‘NOT’.
Any inclusion/exclusion criteria (such as age of participants, date of publication, or geographical location of study) to show how you narrowed your literature search.
The databases/search engines you used to find your literature.
You then need to present what you have found from the literature in relation to staff burnout.  You should aim to have between 5-10 pieces of original research of staff burnout DO NOT USE SYSTEMATIC REVIEW PAPERS
State how many pieces of literature you found for your literature review and direct the reader to your literature table in your appendix.
You can use a specific research evaluation tool, such as CASP, to support you in gathering the information on the quality of your chosen studies.
Present your literature logically in whatever way you think best. There is no set way to do it. YOU ARE THE CRITIC. Make sure you appraise how reliable the papers are within this section – e.g. have they used a suitable number of participants? Is it a recent study? MAKESURE you use references!
Do Not write about what is in each study separately as this is very descriptive, look at the themes in the studies, look at and analyse this.

Learning outcome 4: To identify and critically analyse implementation strategies to encourage change within the complex health care environment, focusing on a specific field of study, such as adult care, childcare, mental health and learning disability care. (This is where you can draw some conclusions from what you have found. What have you found that will address the key issues relating to your chosen topic? Are there strategies currently in place that are working? Or can they be improved? If so, how? APPROX 1000 WORDS)
