    Based on the conceptual knowledge and understanding obtained from the readings – Section 1: Theoretical Foundations (3 Marks)
    Q1. Explain the concept of intellectual property (IP) and its importance in protecting innovations. (1.5 Mark)
    Q2. Differentiate between patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, providing an example of what each might protect in the realm of technological innovation. (2.5 Marks)
    Section 2: Scenario Analysis (7 Marks)
    Consider a scenario where a small tech startup has developed a revolutionary new type of battery technology that could significantly extend the battery life of electronic devices. The startup is concerned about protecting their innovation from competitors.
    Q3. Based on the scenario, recommend the most appropriate IP protection mechanisms the startup should use. Justify your recommendations. (3 Marks)
    Q4. Discuss potential challenges the startup might face in protecting its innovation and how it might overcome them. (3 Marks)

    I’d consider myself time manager so we can work everything out as a group and to make sure we are working within the rubric of the project 
    2The digital product about teenagers vaping and i reached out for help with a friend that animator so they guide me step to step and teaching me about animation so we can deliver the most creative with the help of my group about the transcript for the video
    3)I think when we divided the work everyone chose the task they are best when i chose time management to remind everyone of the time making sure everyone is doing their work on the time before submission i was happy and turning in early relieved me and i think it was a stress until we turned everything in 
    4)I think the best process we made that helped us as a group is meeting regularly from time to time online and at campus this is the best thing we made that helped us as a group to keep track and give each other comments and ideas suggestions and any points to make sure we are working as the rubric 
    5)I think i could have done better if i had a look on the presentation double checking the presentation before turning in so we couldn’t have over lapping of ideas on the introduction we worked together and this is the best group i worked with this course as everyone cares for the final outcome . But if id change one thing is to start earlier so we could not be in stress . I think we did the best group working together and cooperation was the best think and we all reply to each other quickly in WhatsApp group. I think we could have done better to edit the slides more and to make sure we are not over lapping ideas
