    2. Article Topic: “The Impact of Rising Interest Rates on Residential Real Estate Markets”
    Why This Article Is Important:
This article would explore how recent increases in interest rates by central banks are affecting residential real estate markets globally. As interest rates rise, the cost of obtaining mortgages increases, which can lead to a cooling of overheated markets or exacerbate slowdowns in others. This article would analyze how different regions are responding to these changes, including shifts in buyer behavior, changes in home prices, and how real estate professionals are adapting their strategies in response.
Such an article is important because it addresses the direct connection between macroeconomic policies and real estate markets. It provides practical insights for future real estate professionals into how external economic factors influence property values and market dynamics. Topic: Martin McDonagh’s love for stage violence and how it fits his style of writing. Pick a scene or two from each play that makes a choice about staging and violence.
    Use this Introduction:
In the world of contemporary theater, there are few playwrights who can wield the power of a pen that is as sharp and swift as Martin McDonagh. Acclaimed for his darkly comedic yet profoundly unsettling portrayals of violence, McDonagh’s works serve as compelling reflections of the human mind, societal norms, and the typical fork in the road of moral uncertainty. Through plays like The Pillowman, a writer of short stories that depict child murders who finds himself being interrogated by detectives due to recent child murders and A Behanding in Spokane, a man who has been searching for his left hand for twenty seven years who comes across a couple that claims to have it, McDonagh skillfully navigates the deafening territory  of human nature, inviting audiences to confront uncomfortable truths with a potent blend of graphic imagery and biting humor.
Also how Martin McDonagh is staging his violence or stage violence made an impact on the world of theatre.

  • Supporting Successful Reintegration: Resources and Solutions for People Released from Prison or Jail Introduction The reentry process for people released from prison or jail can be a daunting and challenging experience. With limited resources, support, and opportunities, many individuals struggle

The material you reviewed this week demonstrates the importance of outreach to people released from prison or county jails. For many people, release dates can be daunting, with nowhere to go, little to no money or resources, and a deep fear of returning to incarceration. In several instances, other issues like mental and behavioral health are not always addressed at the time of reentry (Martin & Garcia, 2022). This assignment asks you to consider what a person might need when they are ready to reenter society after serving time in county jail or prison. What resources would someone need? Consider everyday needs like groceries, transportation, and somewhere to sleep every night. This assignment is meant to have you think deeply about things many people take for granted but are huge challenges for people in the carceral system.
