PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CLEARLY:
WRITE THE RESULTS PAGE AND DISCUSSION FOCUSING ON MY EXPERIEMNT, AND SUPPORTING MY FINDINGS SUING THE TWO ARTILCES PROVIDED. WRITE LIMIATTIOSN, CONTARST, DIFFERENCES ETC…
this is a research paper that has already been started. I have the introductiosn which is basein 2 articles and states the hypothesis. For this paper I had to run my own experiemnt USING a software call “sniffy” where two rats were placed in two different schedules of reinforcement. For the discussion part I have to talk about my experiment my results and how does (the two artciles that i will include) support those results, try to go back and forth between articles, connect them. and keep in mind that the focus here is ( My experiment not the articles, also only focus on FIXED RATIO AND VARIABLE INTERVAL)
I WILL INCLUDE A PAPER TEMPLATE 9 MUST FOLLOW)
I WILL INCLUDE A PAPER EXMAPLE THAT HAS A DISCUSSION, SIMILAR TO WHAT IS NEEDED)
WILL INCLUDE BACKGROUND ON SNIFFY- THE GRAPH THAT HAS THE RESULTS OF MY EXPERIMENT, AND THE INTRODCTIOSN THAT I HAVE STARTED.

You will describe the specific content, concepts, procedures,
terminology, and thinking skills your students will learn and use. You will
also describe your teaching activities and your students’ learning activities.
You’ll identify the learning objectives and student learning targets for the
lessons, including the specific formative and summative assessments you will
use, and when you will use them.
Instructions
Create a (3-4) page
assessment plan. Note: Use content from the Week 3
assignment, Assessment Plan – Part 1: Preliminary Steps for Selecting
an Assessment, incorporating any instructor feedback that you received, and
expanding on the details as needed.

Summative Assessment
·
Grade Weights
If you choose to write this section in a paper
or report format, you will need to ensure that the headings are clearly
specified so the readers or other teachers can follow your organization.
·
·
Select one of the units or modules you wrote and develop an
assessment plan that incorporates three assessment techniques.

“Assessing the Implementation of McNair High School’s Mentorship Program: A Process Evaluation Using Qualitative and Quantitative Methods”
The purpose of this assessment is to describe what research methods (quantitative/qualitative) will be used to gather information for your Capstone evaluation project. Topic-Does the McNAir High School mentorship program implemented as intended? (process evaluation)
Evaluation questions-. What are the specific discrepancies between the intended implementation of the mentorship program and its actual execution at McNair High School?
2. How do the feelings of scrutiny among mentees and the sense of overload among mentors impact the overall effectiveness of the mentorship program? 3. What strategies or recommendations can be implemented to address the misalignment and improve the mentorship program’s efficiency and sustainability?
Background- The mentorship program is currently facing challenges regarding several key issues in supporting new teachers and managing the workload of experienced mentors. The induction phase for new educators is filled with tasks, including adapting to school cultures, managing classrooms effectively, and aligning instruction with district and state standards. The program’s heavy reliance on formal observations has led to mentors feeling overwhelmed by their duties and mentees feeling scrutinized, which can detract from the intended supportive nature of the program. This problem is further intensified by the variety of mentoring approaches that focus on balancing the enhancement of teaching practices with the deepening of conceptual understanding (Carmi, 2024). Furthermore, there is a need for a mentorship model that emphasizes real-time support and feedback rather than periodic observation check-ins. Shifting towards a mentorship model that emphasizes immediate support could improve effectiveness by aligning better with everyday teaching needs (Hughes, 2022). The mentorship program’s challenges encompass the need to overhaul its approach to focus on immediate support and feedback, addressing issues of workload management, and maintaining a supportive environment for both new teachers and experienced mentors. Despite a well-intentioned mentorship program aimed at onboarding and supporting new teachers, a significant gap exists in the practical implementation of the plan.

“Justice and Welfare: A Philosophical Analysis of Rebecca and Jimmy’s Plight”
Welfare
**Be sure to include ideas from readings on what grounds our basic human rights.
You must answer all parts of the question to receive credit. Your answers need to be written as short essays (200-350 words for each question and 1000-1500 words total). You must include an introduction and conclusion, and quotations or paraphrases must be appropriately cited.
In this essay, you have five tasks:
Give a clear and concise explanation of the case at hand.
Give a thorough, philosophical exegesis of the relevant aspects of Walzer’s and Murray’s arguments. (Click here for some tips on how to do a successful exegesis.)
Present an argument applying the relevant philosophers to the case at hand. This should include an argument justifying who each philosopher would give the welfare to and why.
Present an argument explaining why one of the philosophers can be viewed as offering a more successful solution to the case at hand.
In no more than one paragraph, explain what solution you would propose for Rebecca and Jimmy.
Consider Rebecca, a single mother of 4 who has been a long-term welfare recipient. Rebecca is a weekend meth user who often spends her money on meth. However, without her welfare money, her children would not have any food or medical treatment and would most likely be placed in foster homes where their lives would go worse than they currently are. Rebecca’s yearly welfare application is due.
Now consider Jimmy, a veteran of both Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. During the battle, Jimmy was wounded and now suffers from some moderate physical disability and post-traumatic stress. Sadly, although Jimmy tried to find a job, there weren’t many systems to help him re-integrate or work through his issues. Each day, Jimmy begs for money at his local off-ramp. Jimmy has fallen through the proverbial cracks through no fault of his own. Jimmy applies for welfare.
You are the welfare overseer. At most, one person can get welfare. You can make ONE of the following three decisions:
Give the welfare only to Rebecca.
Give the welfare only to Jimmy.
Don’t give any welfare. -
“Contract Dispute: Unlimited Sales Company v. Tune Products, Inc.”
Tune Products, Inc., offers to sell to Unlimited Sales Company one hundred MP3 players at $50 each, subject to certain specific delivery dates. Unlimited replies with a signed purchase order that reads, “Accept your offer for 100 I-appliances at $50 each. Must be delivered to our warehouse.” Tune does not respond or deliver the goods. Unlimited files a suit for breach of contract, to which Tune answers that there is no contract because Unlimited’s purchase order contained additional terms, and is not signed by Tune. Can Unlimited recover?
