recommend the one that is the more attractive for foreign direct investment by a fictitious large
US-based MNE that operates in an industry of your choice. The two countries of choice are Brazil and India.
In this assignment, you will need to only concentrate on national differences in political and legal systems of Brazil and India. The paper should include brief overview of the geographic location and
borders of the two countries. The paper should also include quick conclusion about the attractiveness of either of the two countries based on their political and legal systems.
