“Integrating Physical Activity Data into Math: Exploring the Relationship Between Exercise and Health”

After reading the article you will construct a lesson for a CORE SUBJECT (such as science or math) in which you integrate data/information (running times / number of sit-ups – push-ups / as an example) collected from your physical education class or health related activity that you would have completed with your students. Illustrate the information related to the health or physical education activity embedded in your lesson by using a different color text. The lesson plan should be long enough to illustrate the subject (topic) being taught and allow for the inclusion of the health or physical education concept (data).
