“Interrelated Processes in Human Resource Management: Examining Recruitment, Selection, Induction, and Assignment”

Please choose from one of the following 2:
1. Examine the definitions and purposes of recruitment, selection, induction, and assignment as discussed in chapter 1.  Illustrate specific ways in which the processes are interrelated.
2. Consider the processes of selection and stability.  Discuss a number of ways in which these processes are interdependent and how they have an impact on teaching and learning.
Question #3 is mandatory for all:
3. One of the important objectives of a human resources operational plan is to provide for the collection and analysis of data necessary for the creation of the district strategic plan. As the strategic plan should address recruiting, selecting, developing, and compensating personnel, choose one of these processes/functions and describe how you would go about collecting and analyzing specific data that would be critical to the development of the 5-year strategic plan for that area.
