In your Health Promotion and Public & Community Nursing classes, you extensively studied your community. Now that you have been out and about in your community, would you change any of the Nursing Diagnoses you made previously?
How would you adapt the most important Nursing Diagnosis associated with your community to fit the setting in which you are currently working so that it effects the community outside the acute care area?
What has been the greatest “eye opener” for you during your Practicum experience so far?
