“Applying Nursing Theory in Caring for Pediatric Kidney and Liver Transplant Patients”

Hi for your reference I work on the pediatric floor taking care of kidney/ liver transplant patients.  Finding a type of nursing theory will be needed to help with this paper. Thanks
