“Tragic Accident at a Shooting Range: The Untimely Death of a Young Man”

-Patient gender & age: Male 31 
-Procedure was performed because he was at a  bow & arrow shooting range and ran to get his phone that fell and was shot. 
-He came into the hospital making talking &      jokes but sadly did not make it out alive
