You have sent an email throughout your organization of 400 personnel of the intent to cut staffing due to budget restraints that you are unable to control. Obviously this announcement is met with resistance from the workforce. Given the size of your agency and the implications of the announcement how better can you handle such impactful changes to reduce conflict? Will that approach satisfy everyone?
