We examined cultural wealth this quarter. For this option, you will reflect on the question, “What is my community cultural wealth (CCW) and how do I or might I put it into practice?” We can think of CCW through forms of capital: aspirational, navigational, social, linguistic, familial, etc.Your 4-5-page analysis or 6-10-minute presentation should do the following:
a.) Explicitly integrate and explain atleast four capitals (i.e., navigational, aspirational);
b.) Contextualize your life/community by integrating and explaining at least three additional concepts from class texts (i.e., transnationalism, race); and
c.) Analyze how these capitals play out in your life or how you would like to further harness them.
