“Improving Youth Mental and Maternal Health Care: Insights from Governor Murphy and Others”

Governor Murphy and Others on Youth Mental and Maternal Health Care
This meeting took place on October 27, 2023, in New Jersey and it discussed the maternal health care and mental health with the youth and how these areas are affected and can be improved. Such as creating the youth mental health initiative, since studies showed that suicide rates have skyrocketed over 20% from the previous year and were to include community aid, such as providing pediatric psychologists. As well as caring for maternal and infant health, the initiative covers the well-being of these groups of individuals not only physically and mentally but spiritually and socially. Educating them on access to health care.
