Evaluate the organizational capacity for change by referencing organizational development (OD) theory and your personal experience.
Focus your discussion on the following:
Research an organization with which you are familiar, and consider the workload and pace of work expected of employees, addressing where a planned change initiative fits into the organization.
Recommend a change management model that could be successfully implemented by the organization based on the information provided from your research.
Support your recommendations with suggestions on how the organization can prepare for change by improving the organization’s capacity and readiness for change.
