For this assignment you are to contact and a “change agent” at a business or organization you have an interest in. Contacting the organization by phone is suggested. If logistics allow you may conduct the interview in person, but a phone interview is acceptable. You will will need to identify and contact a person in the organization responsible for managing change. Schedule a time to conduct a brief interview. Reference the Change Management Interview Questions document. Select 10-12 questions, or develop your own, to interview your contact. Write a summary report composed of your experience in the interview, the responses to your questions, and your conclusions with regard to change management theories you have studied. Your document should be no less than 500 words in length and follow APA format.
