In this module’s readings and on the Baldrige website, it is suggested that a commitment to quality begins and ends with leadership. Discuss the steps that a leader would need to take to implement a change in overall quality. As a suggestion, some of the steps covered in your paper could include initial identification of poor quality, who should be involved in the improvement process (management, customers, consultants, etc.), how to get employee buy-in, level of oversight required and by whom, implementation, etc.
