Reflecting on the values that are important to you can help to illuminate how these values impact your ethical decision-making and leadership style. Review Section 11.4 of Business Ethics and the video, Grving_Voice to Values. Pillar_ 1: Values and respond to the following prompt
• Reflect on the questions outlined in Table 11.1, “Identifying Your Values and Mission,” in Section 11.4. Once you have identified the values that are important to you, write your own mission statement. Follow the guidance provided in the Link to Learning resource in Section 11.4, “The UIltimate Guide to Writing Your Own Mission Statement.” Post your own mission statement to the discussion.
