Be sure to include how pricing/fees are set for different entity types, i.e. hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, etc. are established and by whom. Are there defined time frames in which to review and adjust pricing/fees? If so-by whom?
The incorporation of real world application (examples) is also required.
Look through history of reform and locate and discuss at least one other plan, outside of the Affordable Care Act–
that was discussed and bypassed
