Title: Reflections on Global Leadership and Cultural Intelligence

After reading both articles you should write a self reflective essay.
The essay should include your thoughts about
What have you learned about global leadership that matters to you? Why does it matter? What have you learned about your strengths and developmental needs as a global leader? What is your game plan for developing as a global leader? What are the one or two changes
you could make that would strengthen your Cultural Intelligence (CQ)?
The papers should be around 1,500 words and 4-5 pages in length. Please double-space your papers using 12-point type and show the word count at the end of the paper. All sources and references should be cited in footnotes.
