Title: A Systematic Review of Literature and Proposed Algorithm Framework for the Utilization of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Rotorcraft Path Planning

Please perform a systematic review of literature in order to propose a algorithim framework for the utilization of artifical intelligence and machine learning in rotorcraft path planning. First review the problem description and powerpoint to get a sense of the project before beginning. Propose some type of solution to solve the problem. Please use the template to produce the same format, example to review format, outline for ideas and most importantly the rubric. Please propose complete up to literature review and a technical approach that uses the AFSIM environment and support chosen algorithims with mathematics whenever possible. Feel free to deviate from outline as needed.
