For this task, you will conduct a mock panel training exercise. You may choose any              product you would like (beer, wine, etc). Prepare a small mock training that you will give to the interview panel. You must choose a minimum of 4 sensory attributes to train with. We want to see your thought process – the descriptive methodology you’ve chosen, how you would teach sensory attributes and scaling, and how you engage with the participants.     The mock training should not take more than 15-minutes to deliver.
You may present them in the manner of your choosing (e.g. Word, PowerPoint).
