Over the past 10 weeks, this course has greatly improved the “Business of Me” by teaching effective business practices and ethical decision-making. Professionally, I will use these insights to enhance my strategic thinking and leadership skills. Personally, the course emphasized the importance of integrity and transparency. I struggled with understanding complex ethical theories, but I became better at analyzing and applying them through study and discussions. Ethical decision-making is essential for personal and professional growth.

Good morning, everyone,
The aspect of this course that was challenging for me was the terminology. I had to reread the definitions multiple times as I applied their meanings to the context of the sentence they were in. I learned that with perseverance you can accomplish the necessary even while feeling discouraged. Other challenges were on a personal level. This semester, I was losing focus but all in all, I made it through. My determination to complete what I started was my motivation. I am completely shocked with the grades I received due to my personal issues this semester. Even though I am averaging an A right now, it will drop because I may not get the last assignment done but regardless, I made it through.
I am excited to use the knowledge gained from this course in the workplace in a Human Resource position. I want to add to the efficiency of a multi-cultured workplace. I actually enjoyed the knowledge gained. Sometimes you don’t realize how much you already know you just were not put into a space to think it out for full understanding.
